This page explains how subscription billing, cancellations, and refund requests work for SecurePractice.

SecurePractice subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically until canceled.

Subscriptions and billing

SecurePractice subscriptions are offered on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel at any time from account settings.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Access remains available through the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

Refund requests

  • Refund requests for an initial purchase may be considered if submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are reviewed case-by-case.
  • Charges from renewal periods are generally not refunded except where required by law or when a charge was made in error.
  • Approved refunds are processed through Paddle.
