This page explains how subscription billing, cancellations, and refund requests work for SecurePractice.
SecurePractice subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically until canceled.
Subscriptions and billing
SecurePractice subscriptions are offered on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until canceled.
Cancellations
- Customers may cancel at any time from account settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Access remains available through the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
Refund requests
- Refund requests for an initial purchase may be considered if submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are reviewed case-by-case.
- Charges from renewal periods are generally not refunded except where required by law or when a charge was made in error.
- Approved refunds are processed through Paddle.
